Warranty
30 Day Limited Factory Warranty: MiniSandRail.com ("distributor") warrants its sandrail (products) against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the date of delivery subject only to the following conditions and exclusions:
1. Structural frame components including frame welds are warranted for 30 Days, to the original owner.
2. To present a claim, Customer shall deliver the defective part for exchange to an MiniSandRail.Com dealer or directly to an MiniSandRail.Com distribution center at his or her own expense.All parts that are found to be defective must be returned for a replacement part to be replaced under the 30 day or extended warranty.
3. This limited warranty is for the replacement or repair, at the option of MiniSandRail.Com of defective parts only and does not cover any labor charges including, but not limited to, charges incurred for installation of replacement parts or additional fees which may be imposed by the dealer or service agent.
4. All warranty replacement parts are under warranty from the date of delivery of the original "product" and not from the date of replacement or purchase.
5. The 30 Day limited warranty covers the Transmission, Engine (related components), Brakes, Brake Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder, Gas tank, A-Arms, Trailing Arms, Spindles, Fuel Pump, Wheels, Steering Rack, Winch, Ball Joints, Gas Pedal, Gear Shift, Shocks. Every part is covered in the first thirty days provided the part failed as a result of being defective and not because it was abused. For example: A worn clutch diSR as a result of not clutching correctly is not covered under any warranty. A tie rod that gets bent as a result of a tire hitting an object hard is not covered under any warranty.
6. Sandrail Assembly: The purchaser is required to make sure all parts are secured on the sandrail before operating the sandrail. Parts can become loose as a result of shipping or using the vehicle. A part that is damaged or causes damage as a result of falling off or coming loose on the sandrail is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be replaced under warranty. All nuts, bolts and screws should be tightened before driving the vehicle each time.
7. This limited warranty is valid and enforceable only on " products" purchased in the United States from Mini Sand Rail.Com and from a Mini Sand Rail.Com dealer. Items purchased outside the US must be sent back for repair at the expense of the purchaser and not Mini Sand Rail.Com. Purchaser must also pay for return shipping on parts regardless of location.
8. This limited warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the "product" from a dealer and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the sandrail from customer.
9. No dealer or other similar person has any authority to make any warranties or representations concerning products, or to extend this warranty beyond the express terms contained within. The distributor assumes no responsibility for any warranties beyond the express terms contained in the Limited warranty. Customer releases and holds manufacturer harmless from any claims stemming from any unauthorized representations.
10. This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine parts.
