Bidding: We do not cancel bids for ANY reason whatsoever. Do not bid if you intend to complete the transaction. You may cancel your bid only if you follow the guidelines by Ebay.

Terms on all sales: All sales are considered final. Should you have a problem with any component or part, we will replace it at no charge to you if it is covered under our warranty. It is your responsibility to replace the part at your own expense. Most parts are easy to change out. We do not replace normal parts that wear as outlined in our warranty below. All products are subject to modifications without prior notice.

I understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damage to property and voluntarily assume and any and all risks of loss, damage or injury while driving this sandrail. Many items shown on this site may not be available for purchase in your state. Check your local laws before ordering any item featured on this site. California customers should verify that the MiniSandRail.Com products you wish to buy are legal for sale in California.

I am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with any and all activities possible with use of this sandrail, as well as those inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability in participating in any off-road event. I am aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death. I also understand that these risks, hazards and dangers are further increased when other persons, whether of the same level of experience or skill, are using the same sandrail. I hereby agree to release and forever discharge MiniSandRail.Com and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the sandrail sold by MiniSandRail.Com, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller listed above or the manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from MiniSandRail.com and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.

I hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. I am aware that by buying or bidding on this item and sending payment for the item, I assume all risks and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I there for release all liability and waive any and all rights I may have in regards to my or my child's activities with the above item.
