Extended Warranty:

We offer the only extended warranty in the sandrail business. Our-year parts extended warranty costs $400.00 or 2 years parts extended warranty costs $700.00. The extended warranty covers the Transmission, Engine, Brakes, Brake Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder, Gas tank, A-Arms, Trailing Arms, Spindles, Fuel Pump, Wheels, Steering Rack, Winch, Gas Pedal, Gear Shift except wear items listed. Please see exclusions regarding extended warranty coverage below. 

Extended Warranty exceptions:

a. Brake Pads: These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

b. Engine Fan Belt: This is a wear item and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

c. Engine Timing Belt: This is a wear item and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

d. CV Joints and Axles: These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

e. Clutch: (Include all clutch parts) These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

f. All Seals: These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

g. Tires: These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

h. Battery: The battery is not warranted beyond 30 days. Damage caused by battery leakage is not covered under any warranty.

i. Shocks: These are wear items and will not be warranted beyond 30 days.

j. Electrical Parts, Components, Wiring: Due to the nature of the vehicle, electrical items are not covered beyond 30 days.

k. Maintenance Items: Any items that are required to be replaced and or cleaned for proper maintenance will not be covered under any warranty. All fluid and oil levels (brake fluid, clutch fluid, engine oil, transmission lube, radiator anti-freeze, battery) must be filled to proper level per owner’s manual prior to operating sandrail by purchaser each time sandrail is operated.

11. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from MiniSandRail.Com or Mini Sand Rail.Com dealer.

12. This limited warranty and it does not cover seat upholstery; roll bar covers as these components are considered wear items.

13. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

14. This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the "product" or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain "product" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by Mini Sand Rail.Com; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer.

15. These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness. Any such implied warranty imposed by state consumer law is limited in duration to 30 Days from date of delivery.

16. Customer represents and agrees that any claims, which it may assert against Distributor, shall be limited to those, which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.

17. This warranty is offered exclusively by MiniSandRail.Com. By placing a purchase with our company, the customer agrees that He/ She has read and agrees to our warranty and terms. How to file a warranty claim: First contact our tech support as most problems can be fixed with minor adjustments. If you find a part is defective then you will need to remove the part and send it to us for exchange.
